INGREDIENTS


  • 1 banana
  • 300 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 200 ml orange juice
  • A small amount of honey or agave syrup
  • 100 ml Magnesium Mineralized Water


Put all ingredients into the mixer or puree using a hand blender.
