Regeneration Drink Lime

INGREDIENTS


for one sports bottle (0.5 L)

4 larges dates

1 tbsp hemp protein

1 tbsp ground chia seeds*

2 tbsp buckwheat sprouts (alternatively, boiled buckwheat)

juice of half a lemon

juice of a quater of lime

1/2 tsp grated lemon peel

1 tsp ground out flakes

1 tsp algae powder (chlorella or spirulina)

500 ml Magnesium Mineralized Water 









*Chia seeds

Due to their particularly high level of magnesium, potassium, calcium and iron, chia seeds are ideally suited to replace the minerals lost through muscle contractions and sweat.
