For one glass you will need the following ingredients:

♥ 250 ml of Magnesium Mineralized Water

♥ 1 tbsp ginger grated

♥ 3 cardamom pods (green)

♥ 2 cm of a cinnamon stick

♥ 1 pinch of chilli powder

♥ 1 pomegranate

Halve the pomegranate and tap out the seeds from one half, juice the seeds from the other half. Boil the pomegranate seeds, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon and chilli powder in the Magnesium Mineralized Water and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Strain and allow to cool. Mix in the pomegranate juice and enjoy.

Pomegranates and chillies are packed full of vitamin C and antioxidants and chillies can aid digestion as can cardamom and ginger. Cinnamon can help fight infections and also contains high levels of antioxidants.
