Easy Cold Brew Gin Tonic recipe

  • 500 ml Magnesium Mineralized Water
  • 40g coarsely ground coffee
  • 55 ml sloe gin
  • Approx. 40 ml tonic water
  • 3 ice cubes made from Magnesium Mineralized Water 
  • * Quantity varies, depending on the size of the espresso pot.


Let the water filter through the BWT Magnesium Mineralizer and then boil it. Place 40g of coarsely ground coffee with 500 ml of Magnesium Mineralized Water into a suitable container (e.g. thick-walled glass bottle). Allow to infuse for 5-6 hours. Depending on personal taste, the infusion time can be increased, e.g. to 8 hours. Filter the infusion through a fine sieve or paper filter and chill. To serve, fill a glass with ice, pour in 55 ml of gin, add 55 ml of cold-brewed coffee and approximately 40 ml of tonic water.
