Easy Iced Brew Coffee recipe


  • 300 ml hot (approx. 95°C) magnesium-mineralized water
  • 30g freshly ground coffee, fruity, from Kenya
  • 3 ice cubes made from magnesium-mineralized water
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 stick of celery 


Let the water filter through the BWT Magnesium Mineralizer and then boil it. Carefully rinse the paper filter in the filter holder with hot water to remove the paper dust and to bring the filter holder to the right temperature. Pour this water away once it has filtered through. Place ice cubes in the server and set the filter in position. Add the freshly ground coffee into the paper filter. Pour a small amount – approx. 30 ml – of hot water over the coffee and allow soaking for 45 seconds. Pour the remaining water, slowly over the coffee in a spiral motion. The total brewing time should be between 2 1/2 and 3 minutes. Now divide the brewed coffee into glasses with ice cubes and decorate with orange slices and a stick of celery.
