Easy Raspberry Freddo Coffee recipe preparation


  • 40 ml freshly prepared fruity espresso doppio
  • 4-5 ice cubes made from Magnesium Mineralized Water
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • Strawberries or raspberries


Let the water filter through the BWT Magnesium Mineralizer. Prepare an espresso or espresso doppio using a porta filter machine, mocha pot or fully automatic coffee machine. Approximately 40 ml espresso should be used. Leave the coffee to cool. Put 4 or 5 ice cubes into the shaker, plus 1 or 2 tsp brown sugar and the espresso. Either pour the ingredients into a bar mixer or shake the shaker by hand until the mixture is nice, foamy and fluffy. Pour into a pre-cooled glass and garnish with strawberries or raspberries.
