Easy Walnut Coffee recipe

INGREDIENTS


  • 210 ml hot (approx. 85°C) magnesium-mineralized water
  • 16.5g coarsely ground coffee
  • 2 cl nut syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp. semi-whipped cream with a pinch of cane sugar


PREPARATION


Let the water filter through the BWT Magnesium Mineralizer and then boil it. Fill the Aero Press with approx. 16.5g of freshly ground coffee and 210 ml of magnesium-mineralized water (approx. 85°C) and press through the filter in accordance with the instructions. Prepare the creamer with 50 ml of fresh cream and an ice cube in a shaker. Shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds until the shaker is cold. Leave to rest for a further 30 seconds. Stir to disperse the bubbles. The result is a creamy fluid for the topping. Pre-heat the glass using hot water. Add nut syrup to a glass and add hot filter coffee. Using a spoon, slowly add the creamer to the surface of the mixture.
