Mango and Passionfruit Ice Lollies Recipe




INGREDIENTS


  •  100g mango concentrate (pressed mango)
  •  3 fresh passionfruit
  •  7 lemon balm leaves
  •  5 wooden lolly sticks
  • 100 ml of Magnesium Mineralized Water



PREPARATION


Finely chop the lemon balm. Halve the passion fruits and scrape out the flesh with seeds. Mix the mango, passionfruit and lemon balm with Magnesium Mineralized Water. Pour into yoghurt pots or lolly moulds and freeze until solid. It is now ready to serve - enjoy this unique fruity sensation, ideal for the whole family!
