Raspberry Sage Ice Cream Lollies Recipe


  • 250 g of marrow of fresh raspberries (crushed raspberries) 
  • 100 g honey (alternatively agave syrup) 
  • 1 egg white 
  • 1 pinch of salt 
  • 2 leaves of sage, finely chopped 
  • 1 tbsp elderflower syrup, 6 small branches as a stalk
  • 250 ml of Magnesium Mineralized Water


Mix 250 ml of magnesium mineralized filtered water with all the ingredients in a blender. Once all ingredients are finely mixed, fill cups and place in the freezer for at least 1 hour. After an hour passes, check cups and place wooden branches into the middle of each cup. Place these back into the freezer for about 3 hours. Your ice-lollies are now ready for you to serve.
